Jean Brownhill Lauer, Founder, CEO
Jean has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture planning, design, project management and systems. As the Senior Manager of Global Architecture at Coach Inc., she was responsible for designing and managing web platforms for the construction and design groups where she won the company’s Chairman's Award. In 2011, Jean was one of nine award recipients of the prestigious Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. She is a graduate of The Cooper Union, where she earned her Bachelor in Architecture.
Preeti Sriratana, Co-Founder, COO
Preeti hs over 10 years of experience as an award-winning architect having been one of the original Senior Designers of Ground Zero, NY Jets Training Facility, and Masa Restaurants worldwide. He is also Chairman of Apex for Youth, NYC’s largest nonprofit youth organization for at-risk immigrant children where he co-founded Central Queens Academy, a charter school in Queens. Preeti received his BS in Architecture from University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign, his Master of Architecture from Columbia University, and his Master in Public Administration from Harvard University. He holds an Official Commendation from the City of New York.
Sherataun Nuss, Co-Founder, Creative Director
Shera received her BS in Architecture from University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign, completing one year of studies at l’Ecole National Superieure d'Architecture in Versailles, France. She went on to earn her Master of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and has worked as a freelance designer and research consultant for various design and construction firms throughout NYC. Shera’s award-winning talent for design and content creation has been recognized in publications and exhibitions internationally.

Barry is founding partner of LePatner & Associates LLP. Barry is a nationally known expert and advisor in the design, construction and real estate industries. He is the author of the pivotal industry insider book Broken Buildings, Busted Budgets: How to fix America's Trillion Dollar Construction Industry published in 2007.

Elizabeth ODonnell
Elizabeth is the Associate Dean and Associate Professor, Adjunct Faculty at The Cooper Union School of Architecture. In addition to her role as an academic lead, she also has a full service NYC professional practice, Elizabeth O'Donnell Architect.
Louis Katsos
Lou is a pioneer in the field of construction management, having worked at Morse Diesel and running his own firm Jekmar Associates for the past 25 years. Lou has been a Professor of Construction Management at Cooper Union for 25 years.
Peter Kamali
